We aim to treat each return request fairly. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us—our goal is to make it right.
Eligibility & Timeframes
- Please inspect goods on delivery. Only sign for goods that are in good condition.
- Notify us within 7 working days of delivery for any issues.
- Return items within 3 days of notice to be eligible for a refund or replacement.
Refunds & Replacements
- Refunds or replacements are issued only for defective items or errors caused by Graduation Sash.
- No refunds are offered for:
- Change of mind
- Dislike of colour, print, or design
- Errors caused by the customer after purchase
Important Notes
- Do not wait until the day of your graduation to inspect items—we cannot remake items in a last-minute timeframe.
- If your item arrives damaged, contact us immediately. All deliveries are insured.
