Return & Refund Policy

We aim to treat each return request fairly. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us—our goal is to make it right.

Eligibility & Timeframes

  • Please inspect goods on delivery. Only sign for goods that are in good condition.
  • Notify us within 7 working days of delivery for any issues.
  • Return items within 3 days of notice to be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Refunds & Replacements

  • Refunds or replacements are issued only for defective items or errors caused by Graduation Sash.
  • No refunds are offered for:
    • Change of mind
    • Dislike of colour, print, or design
    • Errors caused by the customer after purchase

Important Notes

  • Do not wait until the day of your graduation to inspect items—we cannot remake items in a last-minute timeframe.
  • If your item arrives damaged, contact us immediately. All deliveries are insured.
